Eligibility Assessment & Strategy

We'll walk you through your available options, expected timelines, and the recommended pathway so you can move forward with clarity and confidence.
Document Preparation
Once you decide to proceed with us, we provide a personalised document checklist and guide you through gathering every required piece of evidence. Our team reviews all documents for completeness and accuracy before lodgement.
We draft all supporting statements, including Genuine Temporary Entrant (GTE) statements, relationship evidence summaries, and skills assessment submissions.
Application Lodgement
Once all documents are in order, we lodge your application with the Department of Home Affairs via ImmiAccount. We monitor your application's progress and respond promptly to any requests for additional information.
You receive a copy of all lodgement confirmation and reference numbers. We keep you informed at every stage.
Visa Granted
When your visa is granted, we notify you immediately and explain your visa conditions, rights, and obligations in plain language. We also provide guidance on your next steps — whether that is booking your flights, enrolling in school, or starting your new job.
